Novoair, a leading airline in Bangladesh has won the “Domestic Airline of the Year” award for the year 2019. The airline also achieved “The Best Customer Friendly” airline for the same year. The airline informed this news in a press release today.
Novoair earned the prestigious domestic airline of the air and best customer-friendly airline category of the airlines in the “Monitor Airline of The Year 2019” program at a grand ceremony at a posh restaurant in the capital city on Friday.
Managing Director of Novoair Mr Mafizur Rahman received the Domestic Airline of the Year 2019 award from Qatar Ambassador Ahmed Bin Mohammad Al Dehaimi’. At the same time, Novoair achieved Silver and Bronze medals for On-time performance and In-Flight Service.
The awards were announced based on the online feedback from traveller Bangladesh Monitor, a travel & Tourism related fortnightly magazine.
Mr Mafizur Rahman said that recognition will be the guide to the path of advancement. He said that Novoair is committed to providing the highest quality services for its passengers.
